Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Label Mantra, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:

Returns

• Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.
• Returns must be received by Label Mantra within 21 days of the shipping date to be eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
• Items are not eligible for return after the 21st day.
• The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

• Size exchanges are free of charge.
• Exchanges are only processed after the returned item is received.
• Exchanges are not eligible after 21 days.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
✔ Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused
✔ No stains from makeup, deodorant, or other substances
✔ Returned within 21 days of the shipping date

If an item is returned in an unacceptable condition (damaged, stained, worn, or past the return window), it will not be accepted and will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. No refund will be issued in such cases.
